 Parade rules

No participants in or on a parade entry shall be dressed as Santa or Mrs. Claus. The KSF Committee secures these representatives for the event.

4 Waiver of liability

In consideration for acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants, and spectators, by the execution of this form, release and discharge the Klamath Snowflake Festival Committee from any/all known & unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments/claims whatsoever, that may be suffered by any bodies of any form, and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of the entrant or participants assisting or cooperating with or under the direction of the entrant. Your signature indicates that you have read and understand the rules and will ensure that everyone participating with this entry will abide by them. Failure to comply with rules SHALL result in being prohibited from participation in future parades. Your payment and current insurance information MUST be attached with this application.

2026 Klamath Snowflake Festival

Sponsor agreement

Theme: Snow Place Like Home

The Klamath Snowflake Festival Committee is a nonprofit organization created to promote community events for the benefit of Klamath County residents. Sponsors SHALL acknowledge and agree that the Festival is in no way responsible for errors, omissions, or deletions from promotional material. Submit all appropriate forms by November 10, 2026, to help the committee ensure accuracy.

Select your sponsorship or participation option

Official Snowflake sponsor - $500
Includes your organization's name in print advertising and the online event calendar, up to two parade entries, and one two-hour visit with the Official Snowflake Santa at the event of your choice. Additional Santa visits may be scheduled for $75 each.

Partial sponsorship - $250
Includes your name or business on the website event calendar. No parade entry included; parade entry is $40. Santa may be scheduled for an additional $75.

Santa visit only - $75
Includes one two-hour visit at your event with the princesses, depending on availability, and a listing in the online event calendar only. No other advertising included. An event application must also be submitted.

Fee is based on your sponsorship level. A separate application is required for each parade entry. No advertising included.
